The Beginning: Establishing NAJAC

The foundation of our journey was laid in 2007 with the establishment of Najac. Focused on manpower supply, air conditioning installation, ducting, general maintenance, and electro-mechanical works, Najac was created to provide reliable, high-quality services across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia’s growing industrial landscape.

From the outset, our emphasis was on professionalism, safety, and client satisfaction. This commitment helped us earn the trust of our early partners and set a strong base for future growth. Najac’s consistent performance and dedication to excellence became the cornerstone upon which our group’s expansion and diversification were built.

2009 – Expansion into Trading

In 2009, our ambitions grew beyond contracting as we launched Saif Trading (STE), a new venture specializing in the supply of electrical materials, cable management systems, and industrial products. This expansion allowed us to serve a broader range of industries while maintaining our commitment to quality and reliability. By offering top-grade materials and solutions, we established a strong reputation as a dependable trading partner in the Kingdom. This year marked a significant turning point, positioning us as a diversified enterprise capable of meeting both operational and industrial demands through innovative and customer-focused solutions.

Growth in Contracting and Services

Building on our early success, 2010 marked the establishment of Saif Contracting (SCE)– a major expansion into large-scale contracting and specialized manpower solutions. Unlike Najac, which focused on regional manpower and general services, SCE was created to supply highly skilled and certified professionals, supporting multinational EPC contractors and major industrial projects across Saudi Arabia. In addition, the division offered equipment rentals and vehicle leasing, enabling clients to execute complex construction and infrastructure works with greater efficiency.

This strategic move significantly strengthened our presence in the Kingdom’s expanding infrastructure and energy sectors. Backed by a qualified management team committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence, SCE rapidly grew into a trusted source of technical expertise and project support. Its integrated capabilities helped streamline coordination across engineering, supply, and operational activities solidifying our position as a reliable partner in industrial project execution.

The Birth of Safe Group

In 2014, driven by a vision to unify our expanding expertise under one strong identity, Safe Group was founded. This milestone marked our evolution into a multi-disciplinary industrial solutions provider, delivering a wide portfolio of services across the Kingdom. Safe Group offers industrial construction services, plant operation and maintenance support, general trading, piping material trading, and MRO materials sourcing and supply serving the growing needs of the region’s infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Expanding beyond construction and trading, Safe Group also emerged as a leading industrial solutions provider in the fields of weighing and automation, inline inspection systems, packaging technologies, and complete end-of-line solutions, representing some of the world’s most reputed multinational brands. Our expertise enables industries to enhance productivity, improve quality, and achieve greater operational efficiency.
